GPS Project Delivery Manager for ROC Core (A)

Tasks

• Lead and support the management of the GPS book of work related to ROC Operations and ROC Finance program
• Understand newly raised requests and coordinate architectural discussions as well as draft/document business processes with SMEs
• Capture requirements and track the implementation in an agile environment (SAFe)
• Specify and plan with Product Managers, Product Owners, SMEs and developers features for implementation
• Coordinate testing with ROC Core and ROC Finance counterparts
• Plan and execute migration run book for all OTC and structured products

• At least 5 years of experience in a Trading/Sales related environment
• Profound cross-asset knowhow of front-to-back booking processes for otc and securities products (client and street side)
• Project management experience in a leading role of a large-scale project strong plus
• Agile/Safe knowhow incl. Jira/Confluence and project related work tools is a strong plus
• Knowhow of structured products issuance, hedging and life-cycling
• Fluent English skills
