Freelancers who are looking for a reliable partner for the administrative handling of their projects also benefit from attractive insurance and pension models. We also support other agencies or service providers and take over the billing of placed employees to the end customer if they do not wish to take on these activities themselves or do not have the necessary authorisations.
We take care of the entire process and conclude a fixed-term contract with the external employee for the desired duration and workload. The company has unrestricted access to the employee's expertise and is relieved of the administrative burden. The employee benefits from comprehensive support in matters relating to labour law and social insurance and does not have to worry about settling their own accounts. Both parties benefit.
With our payroll service, we therefore assume all the employer's risks - from the employment contract to salary payments, social benefits, authorisations, BVG or child allowances - and the company is effectively relieved.

Our payroll accounting guarantees the highest legal security. All social deductions, insurance, child allowances and withholding tax are shown separately. The exchange with insurance companies and authorities is also automated and securely handled by us so that everything is legally compliant. Bosshard & Partner only concludes employment contracts with freelancers that have been checked by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft, SECO). - Administrative relief
