The digitalisation initiative of the Swiss financial centre offers a wide range of options for the further development of customer interfaces - be it invoicing, payment processes, e-commerce options or the individualisation of customer services in general. Our customer is facing major upheavals in its existing IT infrastructure and intends to systematically tackle modernisation in several projects in the near future. Opportunities were recognised that would generate a positive shopping experience in the digital space for the company.

Bosshard & Partner was therefore involved in order to gain an overview of current developments in digital invoicing and payment options and to consistently review existing processes from the perspective of the customer experience.
