Tasks
- Take on a flexible and versatile role supporting various functions across the organization
- Assist with operational tasks, small projects, and company-wide initiatives
- Spend 1–2 days per week at a secure archive site
- Work 3–4 days per week in different departments, depending on business needs
- Adapt to shifting priorities and support wherever help is needed
- Good knowledge with MS office
- Willingness to work across multiple locations and departments
- Good knowledge in German and English
- Flexible and adaptable mindset
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
