Business Analyst (A)

Tasks

• Ensure that all distributed products meet client suitability standards 
• Work closely with cross functional stakeholders especially legal, risk and compliance to interpret regulatory requirements
• Analyse impact of change and develop suitable solutions/governance frameworks 
• Work with an Agile development team to refine and prioritize features and stories
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, testing and retrospectives 
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation in JIRA and confluence 

• Bachelor or Master university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or financial industry related field 
• At least 5 years work experience in financial industry with knowledge in product governance / regulatory projects / trading / risk / product issuance flow of cross asset structured products and derivatives 
• Extensive experience with derivatives and structured product 
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., ESG, EMIR, MiFID, FinfraG, 871m) 
• Solid grasp of client suitability standards and distribution requirements 
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in managing product backlogs, user stories, familiarity with agile methodologies
• Kowledge of product management tools such a Jira and confluence 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively 
• SAFe, Scrum, CFA, CAIA preferably
• Very good German and English
