We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Form Publisher to support layout and publishing tasks within a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role involves creating client-facing documents using Adobe InDesign, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to various publishing-related initiatives.

Tasks
- Create client forms (layouts) according to internal design guidelines using Adobe InDesign
- Coordinate the form creation process in close collaboration with stakeholders such as Legal, IT, and external partners (e.g. for translations)
- Support various projects and initiatives related to publishing and document management
- Completed education in graphic design, media design, or a comparable qualification
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of MS Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in editorial design, especially typography
- Good written and spoken German and English skills (minimum B1/B2)
- Team-oriented and communicative
- Proactive and self-driven
