We are seeking an experienced Front Arena Developer with strong structured products knowledge to support our client in the banking sector by analysing the current Front Arena ecosystem, assessing business functionality and system behaviour, and contributing to the definition and transformation towards a future target architecture

Tasks

  • Develop solutions within the Front Arena environment with a focus on structured products
  • Apply strong knowledge of structured products to support system functionality and development
  • Analyse and understand the current Front Arena ecosystem and its system behaviour
  • Assess business functionality and technical system interactions within the existing setup
  • Define requirements and contribute to the transformation of the current Front Arena ecosystem
  • Support the design and transition towards the future target architecture
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities during the transformation process
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in FA roles supporting trading, valuation, or risk systems  
  • 8+ years of hands-on development with Front Arena AEL, ACM, and ADFL (all three required)
  • Solid understanding of capital markets, particularly structured products and equity derivatives
  • In-depth knowledge of financial product lifecycles (e.g., cash flows, corporate actions, expiries)
  • Practical experience with Front Arena data models, workflows, and component interactions
  • Experience working in agile teams using tools such as Git or Bitbucket
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
  • Comfortable working under pressure, with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise dynamically
  • Strong English communication skills; German is a plus
