We are seeking an E-Channels Service Centre Generalist to support our client in the financial sector by providing expert assistance for digital banking tools, including online and mobile banking. In this role, you will resolve technical and functional issues, act as an escalation point for digital services and security topics, deliver user training, and collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance service quality and the overall digital client experience in a fast-paced environment

Tasks

  • E-Channels Service Centre Agent (Digital Banking Tools Front & Client Advisor)
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance on digital banking tools including online banking, mobile banking apps, and other e-channel services
  • Assist internal staff and external clients in resolving technical or functional issues related to digital platforms
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalation regarding digital banking functionalities, security features (e.g., authentication methods), and system navigation
  • Deliver training sessions and create instructional materials to enhance user proficiency across various digital tools
  • Collaborate with IT, customer service, and product development teams to relay feedback and improve overall service quality
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of digital banking systems and cybersecurity practices
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non technical users
  • Problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and documenting client interactions
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional language skills in French, Italian, and Spanish are considered a strong advantage
