IT Service Owner (A) Actico Business Rule Engine

For one of our clients, we are seeking an experienced IT Service Owner / Application Operations Manager to establish and operate the ACTICO Business Rule Engine as a fully managed IT service. This is a contract role with an immediate project focus and close collaboration with internal teams and external ACTICO consultants.

Tasks

  • End-to-end management of environment setup for the ACTICO Business Rule Engine
  • Coordination and alignment with in-house experts, external ACTICO consultants, Product Owner, and System Architect
  • Setup and configuration of namespaces and pods across TST, UAT, and PRD environments
  • Configuration of firewalls, ingress, and deployment pipelines (Harbor & Octopus) for all environments
  • Establishment of CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring
  • Management of infrastructure requirements in line with bank-wide standardized processes
  • Creation and contribution to required documentation (Service & Security Design, Solution Design, Operating Manual)
  • Coordination and execution of integration testing across the full environment setup
  • Ownership of operational readiness and transition into UAT and production

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer working with CI/CD pipelines (Git/GitLab, Octopus, Helm Charts)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux (RHEL 8)
  • Mandatory experience with ACTICO Platform / Business Rule Engine
  • System engineering experience within a Java technology stack
  • Solid experience with Oracle databases and SQL
  • Good understanding of REST-based web service integration
  • Experience using Eclipse for development and debugging
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
