Senior Project Lead - Management Accounting (A)

Tasks

• Representation of the Management Accounting perspective as part of a large-scale technological replacement programme (core banking / markets)
• Ensuring that Management Accounting and Controlling requirements are accurately represented and configured in the target system (business view)
• Impact assessment within the Management Accounting domain resulting from core banking and markets implementations
• Elicitation, documentation and validation of business requirements for Management Accounting applications
• Collection, analysis and interpretation of business and data requirements for the Management Accounting domain
• Collaboration with IT teams to design, implement and test solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements

• Sleast 10 years of professional experience in Banking, Financial Services or Management Consulting with a strong focus on transformation programmes
• Proven experience in core banking system implementations and financial data flows
• Strong finance expertise within wealth management, particularly in Management Accounting
• Experience in integrating finance systems with upstream applications such as trading platforms, core banking or risk management tools
• Good understanding of Management Information Systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, BW)
• Experience with Temenos or other core banking applications is an advantage
• Strong understanding of cost allocation, P&L generation, product profitability calculations as well as cost and profit centre accounting
• Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g. structured products, OTC products, corporate actions) and their interaction with Operations and Markets
• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in German is an advantage

• Seniority to represent Finance interests in large-scale transformation programmes
• Change management experience, including communication and alignment with stakeholders
• Hands-on and pragmatic approach to delivering project requirements
• Ability to manage complex dependencies across large programmes
