- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust solutions across trading and back-office systems
- Take end-to-end ownership of business-critical services, ensuring high availability and minimal production downtime
- Lead the integration of Front Arena with upstream and downstream systems
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents in a timely manner
- Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure high quality, security, and compliance with architectural standards
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance, scalability, and operational resilience
- Contribute to change and release management activities within an agile SAFe environment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience with AMAS, AFG, AIMS, and AMAS interaction with PRIME
- Strong understanding of capital markets, with a particular focus on structured products and equity derivatives
- Solid experience with market making using AMAS and PRIME
- Proven experience integrating Front Arena with trading and back-office applications
- Experience working in agile development environments, ideally using the SAFe framework
- Very good written and spoken English
- Previous experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers is an advantage
- Excellent communication and planning skills

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
